How long will my order take?

All our items are made to order. Most orders are prepared in 1-3 weeks and delivered within 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Can I cancel or return my order?

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt in exchange for a replacement item or store credit, minus any shipping or fees we have incurred. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

By law, this right does not apply to personalized or made to order products. All sales of made to order items are final.

The right to cancel does not apply to customers who, at the time of purchase, were not residents of a European Union member state and whose delivery address is outside the European Union.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

If your order is damaged, lost, or not as expected, please contact us first at moreriotclothing@gmail.com.

How can I be sure my order is fulfilled?

All orders come with tracking information.

For personalized items, we may provide photos of your order before shipping to confirm fulfillment.

You will receive an email confirmation for every order with all details.
